WB Ranch Owners Club:
WB Ranch is selling a limited number of home sites to a select group of owners that share common values. The home sites have been carefully selected to include beautiful trees, great views and the feel of being on your own ranch, with prices from $190,000. Each owner will have deeded title to their individual home site and will also receive a Membership in the WB Ranch Owners Club. This Membership will allow access to the entire ranch and all amenities. Each Membership will be subject to Ranch Rules that promote safety and enjoyment for all owners.
A Club Board, initially composed of the Founding Owners, will approve deed restrictions, building guidelines, and ranch rules. The Board will also set policies related to member vs. non-member use of the ranch, the total number of members, types of memberships, member dues and other matters. All new Members will be subject to the approval of the Board. The Board will represent the owners and make decisions related to the future operation of the ranch.
