Initiative Challenge
Your team is planning a retreat so you can spend some time together, conduct a little or a lot of business and you want to do something that is fun but also a challenge. You’re not looking for a program like Survivor of Fear Factor because you want everyone to be involved. Why not consider an Initiative Challenge? The Initiative Challenge creates a non-threatening environment of learning to work together and problem solving through the use of communication, building trust, learning to cooperate better and will help develop decision making skills. Other issues that can be covered will include roles and responsibilities, self confidence, and leadership skills. If you have special issues you want to cover during the Challenge you can contact us and a special program will be designed to meet you needs. The great thing about the Initiative Challenge is that it can be done indoors or outdoors. That means you don’t have to worry about the weather being too hot, too cold, or too wet. So if you are looking for a FUN way to make your team more effective and bring them closer together, give us a call.
Our Initiative Challenge is a challenging activity. Our Certified Instructor will assign your team many, seemingly, simple tasks; or, at least, they appear simple beforehand!The Initiative Challenge will make it apparent that teamwork is imperative.These activities, chosen by our Instructor, are physically low-stress or no-stress. This means ANYONE, regardless of physical capability, can participate.This is, quite possibly, the most fun your team will ever have while learning.
Teamwork is a cooperative effort by members of a team to attain a common goal.
Team building occurs when a group of people with complementary personal strengths commit to acheive certain results.
