- Building on designated 100’ x 100’ home sites only
- Building height limitations
- Plans, exterior color and finish subject to approval
- Exterior – stone, cedar or log; no brick; must look like a “ranch house”
- Joint ownership allowed subject to restrictions and different Club Membership
- No fences other than small yard area or kennel for dogs
- No clearing other than home sites without approval
- No trailers, RV’s, boats or equipment stored other than in garages or designated ranch storage area
- No rentals or leasing
- Easements along property lines for common trails and access
- Green building design encouraged
- Re-sales conducted by ranch owners association
